Prince Gersom Anselmo represents the Prescott Campus. Originally from Aiea, Hawaii, Prince is a senior majoring in Aeronautical Science with a concentration in Fixed Wing and minors in Air Traffic Management and Applied Meteorology.
An experienced leader, Prince is serving as president of the Student Government Association (SGA) at the Prescott Campus after having previously served as tailgate director. He has also served as president of the Women in Aviation International ERAU Prescott Chapter, vice president of the National Gay Pilots Association ERAU Prescott Chapter, president of the Eagle Volleyball Club and on the Board of Campus Activities. He is currently a Campus Academic Mentor for the College of Aviation.
After graduation, Prince aspires to be a United Airlines Captain on the Boeing 787. A member of the United Aviate Program, Prince is proud of working with the program. “Being a part of the United Aviate Program has been an astounding experience,” Prince said. “I have been connected with a pilot mentor who has been teaching me more about the aviation industry and what it takes to be a pilot at United Airlines. With this program, I am on a direct path to a United Airlines flight deck.”
A member of the Dean’s List since 2019, Prince is dedicated to helping fellow students have an amazing and memorable experience at Embry-Riddle. “As last year’s OctoberWest Director, I wanted to help students find their home at Embry-Riddle emphasizing campus diversity,” Prince said. “As a student delegate, I want students to graduate and leave our school proud to be an Eagle, proud to call Embry-Riddle their alma mater and proud to call our Prescott Campus their home.”
When not in class, Prince enjoys spending time with his poodle, Arthur, playing indoor volleyball, and trying new restaurants.
