In 2004, he established the Prescott Campus chapter of Phi Beta Lambda, now known as Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Collegiate. Since 2004, club members have participated in real-world business experiences and skills-based state and national leadership competitions. With Dr. Gorjidooz’s guidance, the club has developed a culture of success and is a 16-time state champion.
“As a faculty member at Embry-Riddle, I have learned a lot from students in the past twenty years,” Dr. Gorjidooz said. “I have enjoyed seeing students’ excellent progress and attainment of a high level of maturity within four years.”
